1 day - 8 hrs

3 day - 24 hrs

5 day - 40 hrs

1 week-56 hrs

1 month - 224 hrs

Daily Rental pickup time is 8AM, Return time 7AM
Wk End Rentals Begin Fri 4PM, End Mon 7AM
 

***********ADDITIONAL CHARGES & TAXES************

Insurance can be provided at 10% of rental rate for all equipment, Customer is responsible for cost of damages or replacement value unless customer provides the correct insurance coverage. Insurance deductible is $1,500. 

Any equipment weighing over 1,500lbs will have a Heavy Equipment Inventory Tax of 1.15372%

There will be a charge of $100.00 per additional hour for equipment returned after 7:30 am.

Units are expected to be returned clean. If units have to be cleaned upon return, there will be an 
additional charge. Charges starts at $75.00 per hr and increase according to the length of time it 
takes to clean.

Units are sent out full of fuel. We ask that the renter refill the unit before returning it. If the 
unit has to be refueled upon its return there will be a charge of $4.00 per gallon.

We take pictures of the units before they leave the yard and the lessee is responsible for all 
damages done to equipment up to $1500.00 and then the purchased Insurance will take effect with a $1500.00 
deductible. 

REFUNDS

Equipment failure due to operator error will not receive a refund for any reason, Lessee will still be responsible & charged for damages.
Unforeseen equipment failure where operator is not at fault will receive prorated refund for hours not used. No refunds will be issued for
any other reasons once equipment has left the yard.
